Machine suitable to handle 2,3 or 5 lt BAG-IN-BOX in order to prepare a layer of BIB. The machine picks-up a flat carton erecting the box around the product and closing flaps with hot-melt glue.

Output: 1400 cph for the 3 lt BAG-IN-BOX = 6 wrap-around cases/minute

Motorized BAG-IN-BOX conveyor with motorization managed by inverter. Stainless steel frame, adjustable guides, electrical installation and counting sensors included.

Automatic pusher device electro-pneumatically controlled to push the row of cases. Case magazine adjustable to different sizes.

Flat carton pick-up by means of suckers managed by Venturi that release the case in the product receipt area. In this phase we have the first case bending.

Translator electromechanically controlled to transfer the product and the case in the flaps closing area, glue distribution and case flaps pressing.

Glue unit with fusion tank, glue hoses, guns and the weekly clock personalized by M&S, managed by machine display.






Long flaps closure and pressing electro-pneumatically controlled by means of five pads.

Centralized electrical panel managed by PLC Siemens series S7 and “touch-screen” display.

Centralized installation for air filtering and lubrication.
