Features:

Pallet positioning by the operator, after plastic film removal, on a fixed moulded platform  by means of a forklift.

Transfer of the layer of bottles to depalletise, by means of a carriage with 4 keeping rails, from the pallet to the intermediate platform and then to the evacuation table. Head movement electromechanically controlled on two axes (vertical and horizontal), on tempered steel guides and spheres recycle carriages, with motorisations managed by  inverter and positions managed by encoder.

Clamps to maintain the layer-pad, under the bottles layer in transfer, electro-pneumatically controlled. 

Manual layer-pad removal on the evacuation table (or in automatic if required).
