Automatic case packer mod. "M.I." 2 controlled axis movement

Machine suitable to insert automatically bottles or other containers, into "American" type card-board cases, trays, PVC crates, wooden crates, etc.

The machine is available in different models:

M.I. 1/2:	output 5/7 cycles/1' = 3.500/5.000 c/h 6 or 12 pack
M.I. 2/4:	output 5 cycles/1' = 7.200 c/h 6 or 12 pack
M.I. 3/6:	output 5 cycles/1' = 10.000 c/h 6 or 12 pack
M.I. 4/8:	output 4/5 cycles/1' = 12.000/14.000 c/h 6 or 12 pack
M.I. 5/10:	output 4/5 cycles/1' = 14.000/18.000 c/h 6 or 12 pack

Features:

A motorized bottles conveyor, transfers bottles to the machine.

A counting system with photocells control, feeds an established number of bottles to the machine.

A motorized case conveyor, complete of stoop and selection devices, feeds, positions and unloads automatically the product.

A centring group with flexible fingers, centres and positions the case making product entry easier.

Heads-holder carriage translation (expansible heads) electromechanically controlled with two controlled axis movements (vertical and horizontal) with position controlled by encoder and speed controlled by inverter.

Machine controlled by PLC Siemens S7, complete of electrical installation, electrical panel with low tension control and safety guards.

Machine complying with EC rules.

Machine suitable to pack automatically bottles into "American" style cases. Bottles can be packed horizontally with the automatic introduction of a card-board division or packed vertically.

The machine is available in different models:

M.I. 2 E.B.C.:
output 2.000 b/h laying bottles up to 7.000 b/h upright

M.I. 4 E.B.C.:
output 3.000 b/h laying bottles up to 10.000 b/h upright

M.I. 6 E.B.C.:
output 4.000 b/h laying bottles up to 12.000 b/h upright

Features:

Machine equipped of magazine to hold the flat divisions and complete of a system to insert them between each layer of bottles into cases.

A motorized conveyor (controlled by inverter), with acetal plastic chain, prepares automatically the pack of bottles as per the programmed configuration.

A centring basket electro-pneumatically controlled, enables to center the cases for an easier entry of bottles into cases.

A motorized case conveyor, complete of selection and stop devices, feeds, positions and unloads automatically the product.

Translation of the head-holding carriage electromechanically controlled (moto-reducer) with inverter for translation and lift.

Machine controlled by PLC Siemens S7, with encoder to control positioning and inverter to control the speed.

Machine equipped with electrical installation, a centralized control panel and low-tension controls, safety guards included.

Machine complete of a head with pick-up clamps and centring basket to handle the laying bottles. It is adjustable to different bottles sizes.
